“A teacher effects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.”
                                               -- Henry Adams

The impact of violence doesn’t stop when a child walks into a classroom. Neither should our efforts to prevent and address violence. Our social experiences impact our learning experiences. Addressing the large number of kids that are influenced by violence will improve school climate, school performance, and the lives of our kids.

Educators make a difference. Whether you are a teacher, a community educator, an advocate, a social worker, Sunday school teacher, grandparent, or parent you have a huge impact on the people you work with and the kids you teach. You have the ability to create change and prevent violence. Below are some resources to help you.
